Michael Fabricant opened a debate on the future of our nation’s canals and waterways in the House of Commons this morning (22nd November).  Around a dozen Members of Parliament also spoke and the debate was answered by Rebecca Pow MP, the Minister for Waterways at the Department for the Environment.  And then Michael briefly summed up the Debate.
