Following the tragic drowning of 3 boys in a frozen lake in Solihull, Government too has a role to play in educating children about water safety and the dangers of walking on iced ponds I tell Alison Mackenzie on itv.
I have asked the Government to bring back those public information videos we all remember and used to be on our tv.
