“A number of people regularly ask me:  ‘What do the Whips actually do in Parliament?’” says Michael Fabricant. ‘And why are they called the Whips?’

“So in answer to that, I have made a short 2 minute film with the help of my friend and comedian Mark Dolan which explains in a light hearted way what the whips do and what they certainly don’t do.”
