Michael Fabricant handed out 3 cheques to local charities at Alrewas Cricket Club together with Dr Robert Horton, Chairman of Alrewas United Charities. These were £1547 to the Alrewas Defibrillator Fund, £200 to Stepping Stones, and £200 to the Alrewas Tennis Club to help buy a lawnmower on Friday 13th November.

Michael says: “The Charity was founded way back in 1692 by William Turton to help the ‘needy and the sick of Alrewas’, but the Charity has now been relaunched and has widened the help it gives. It was great to see so many people at the Charity’s relaunch.”
