MP OPENS LICHFIELD COMPANY’S NEW PREMISES
A Lichfield company which has expanded with the creation of new jobs invited a special guest along to the official ribbon cutting ceremony of its new premises.
Lichfield MP, Michael Fabricant, officially opened Dyne Technology Limited’s new premises at Newton House in Parkside Court on Friday (October 22).
The firm – which provides special surface treatment equipment to companies manufacturing plastic, rubber or metal parts – has created two new jobs with the move from Elmhurst Business Park and four more positions look set to be created with a further planned expansion.
Michael was given a tour of the company’s new premises and was able to see close up some of the hi-tech equipment used.
The Lichfield MP said: "Dyne Technology is a real success story. The company has just gone from strength to strength. I was delighted to be invited to officially open its new premises and I wish the company all the luck for the future.
"The company has bucked the trend and is living proof of how hi-tech businesses can grow and become a success story even in difficult economic times."
Managing director Chris Lines added: "We were honoured to have Mr Fabricant come along to open our new premises and we were delighted that our customers and local suppliers came to the official opening to mark this important stage in our development.
"We are an ambitious company with further expansion planned which will involve the creation of more highly skilled jobs. This has been a great year for Dyne Technology and the prospects for the future look exciting."
