MICHAEL FABRICANT TO JOIN STUDENTS AT UNIVERSITY OF ABERYSTWYTH
Michael Fabricant, whose mother was a Welsh speaker and has Welsh connections, has been invited to join Conservative students for the University of Aberystwyth Freshers’ Fair on Wednesday 24th September.
Speaking exclusively to the Cambrian News, Michael says: "I am looking forward to visiting the Freshers’ Fair and working alongside existing student members of Conservative Future in meeting and greeting students who will be starting their studies at the University of Aberystwyth very shortly. It’s a very exciting, but daunting time for them.
"The University has a worldwide reputation with its Department of International Politics and has made its mark in other subjects too. I am delighted that, as a consequence, Aberystwyth Conservative Future has one of the largest branches in Wales and I am hoping that many of the new intake of students will be joining too. ‘CF’ has a great social scene as well as a political rĂ´le in our nation’s future" adds Michael.
Michael Fabricant will first be attending a private meeting at the National Library of Wales on Wednesday and will be joining the students in the University sports cage from around 11am onwards.
